How To Do a Simple Cleansing Diet

Cleansing diet, a natural way to detoxfy the body from toxins and other harmful substances when applied correctly, it is highly effective and helpful for people who are suffering from chronic diseases such as; arthritis, inflammatory diseases and toxic conditions. Fruits, vegetables and juices cleansing diet is very simple diet plan.  The diet plan consists of three steps. 

Step 1:

Eating only fresh fruits and vegetables is the first step. You can choose what you want from fruits and vegatables but you can not mix vegetables and fruits in the same diet.

Step 2:

Drinking fresh vegetables or fruits juices is the second step. You can drink what you want from fruits and vegatables juices but you can not mix vegetable juice and fruit juice in the same diet.

Step 3:

Drinking distilled or filtered water or herbal teas is the third step.

There are many benefits for this cleansing diet, it relieves pain and symptoms, eliminates toxins, helps to lose some weight, helps to clear the mind and helps to vitalize the body.  It takes five to ten days to achieve its goals.  

Fruits, vegetables and juices cleansing diet is safe, suitable and effective for most people but it is contra-indicated in pregnancy, lactation, severely ill patients and very old people.  You also need to visit your doctor before begining any cleansing regimen to ask for advice.
